I listen to what your needs, wants, and greatest desires are and narrow down our scope to include homes that best meet your needs! I walk you through the process of buying from start to finish, explaining each of the steps, answering questions, and guiding you along the way. 

What do I do for sellers?

I help sellers market their home to get the best price possible typically in 30 days or less! I aggressively market your home and am typically able to get 96-100% of asking price! I am not that agent that puts a sign in your yard in disappears! I communicate with sellers on at least a weekly basis to discuss feedback from showings and open houses, marketing efforts, and help you analyze and choose the best offer that maximizes profits and best meets your needs!

What do I do for investors?

As an investor myself, I understand the importance of getting the best return on investment and can help you locate properties that best meet your needs!
